Urban IT Solutions was founded as a division of Jigsaw Change Management LTD to fill the need for specialist Information Systems staff to work on a variety of projects. Having a pool of specialist staff allowed the company to assign the required resources to each project in a cost effective manner. The value in this flexible approach was quickly realised by Urban Change Management and their customers, and the decision was taken to expand Urban IT Solutions and the services offered.
Urban IT Solutions now provide our services to a wide variety of companies from sole traders to national companies and franchises. Our main emphasis will always be on small and medium sized enterprises as we feel that our customers should always get the same high quality standard of work no matter what size the company or contract is. It gives us great satisfaction to see these companies grow and flourish and we pride ourselves in being there to work alongside them every step of the way.
